The month May is really overstuffed. Exhibitions, shootings in different countryss, my new book will be presented and the Meet & Greet with my fans. Meanwhile there are lot of gallerys in a year come to me and want to realize an exhibition with me. Also a lot of companys have projects and ideas which they want to implement with me. But I need to decide very critical what I am going to do. On the one hand my time is for me very preciously and on the other hand some projects doesnt make sense. But the Leica Gallery in Frankfurt, in which als artists like Helmuth Newton did presented their pictures, is obviousley a great partner for an exhibition. The date for the vernissage was settled about a year ago. The team of the gallery is very committed and organized with my agent Sonja Kuba a great grand openning of the exhibition. Before of the event a lot of celebrities and press did get registrated. Togehter with my agent, photographer Armin Fauland and my Nelly we flight one day before to Frankfurt. We moved in our partnerhotel The Pearl Hotel and had a nice evenning with also my family, who also did come to Frankfurt. On the next day we startet at midday, becuase of we had also some shootings during the day with celebrities like Ralf Möller, Janin Reinhardt, Alexandra Polzin and Ingo Nommsen. So my assistent did build the whole set in teh hotel and Nelly did make the make up. Meanwhile my agent did went to the gallery to organizs the last details for the presentation. One hour before the limousines came to pick us up to the gallery I finished the photoshootings. Then a short makeover and then back to the lobby were I had the first interview. Then we meet the celebrities and drove then all together to the red carpet. Katerina Jacob, Ralf Möller, Janin Reinhardt, Alexandra Polzin und Ingo Nommsen drove with us, some other came direct to the gallery. With five camerateams and a lot other journalists the advertisement was perfect. Also in the gallery was everything great. Katerina and Ralf did make the opening speach and then the evenning started. You can see my work in the gallery till the end of June on canvas and photopaper. So dont miss to take a look on my fine nude stagings, starportraits and landscape photography. It was a great day and perfekt evenning which you can also see in my making of video: After a lot shaking handy, signing books and interviews we move back to the hotel where we sat together at the hotelbar. On the next day we get back with the plane to Vienna, becuase of next week I will present the next event, my book presentation. But about that I will tell you the next time.

Der Mai hat es in sich. Ausstellung, Shootings in verschiedenen Ländern, mein neues Buch wird präsentiert und das Meet & Greet mit meinen Fans findet statt.
Mittlerweile kommen viele Galerien im Laufe eines Jahres auf mich zu und möchten gerne eine Ausstellung organisieren, auch kommen immer wieder Firmen mit Projekten und Ideen zu mir. Dennoch muss ich immer kritisch entscheiden was ich mache. Zum einen ist meine Zeit sehr kostbar geworden und zum anderen macht manches keinen Sinn.
Die Leica Galerie in Frankfurt jedoch, in welcher bereits Helmut Newton ausgestellt hatte, ist natürlich ein toller Partner für eine Kooperation und Ausstellung. Der Termin für die Vernissage wurde schon fast vor einem Jahr festgelegt. Das Team der Galerie ist sehr bemüht und hat mit meiner Agentin Sonja Kuba eine tolle Ausstellungseröffnung organisiert.
Viel Pominenz und Journalisten hatten sich im Vorhinein für die Vernissage am 20. Mai angemeldet. Zusammen mit meiner Agentin, Fotograf Armin Fauland und meiner Nelly flogen wir schon einen Tag davor nach Frankfurt. Wir bezogen unser Partnerhotel das Pearl Hotel und machten uns noch einen netten Abend, bei dem auch meine Familie dabei war, die ebenfalls nach Frankfurt flog.
Am nächsten Tag ging es dann schon Mittags los, da wir unter Tags auch Shootings mit Prominenten wie Ralf Möller, Janin Reinhardt, Alexandra Polzin und Ingo Nommsen hatten. So baute mein Assistent ein komplettes Studio im Hotel auf und Nelly machte das Make up. Derweil machte sich meine Agentin auf in die Galerie um noch die letzten Feinheiten zu besprechen und zu organisieren.
Eine Stunde bevor uns die Limousinen vom Hotel abholten wurden wir mit den Shootings fertig. Ein rasches Umstyling und schon gings in die Lobbybar zu einem Interview und danach das Treffen mit den prominenten Gästen um gemeinsam mit diesem zum roten Teppich zu fahren. Katerina Jacob, Ralf Möller, Janin Reinhardt, Alexandra Polzin und Ingo Nommsen fuhren mit uns gemeinsam, einige andere kamen noch direkt vor Ort dazu.
Mit fünf Kamerateams und zahlreichen Journalisten war die Werbung perfekt. Auch in der Galerie war alles optimal. Katerina und Ralf hielten eine Eröffnungsrede und schon ging der Abend los. Meine Werke werden noch bis Ende Juni auf Leinen und Fotopapier gezeigt, verpaßt also nicht einen Blick auf meine Aktinszenierungen, Starportraits und Reisefotografien zu werfen. Nach zahlreichem Händeschütteln, signieren von Büchern und Interviews begaben wir uns zurück an die Hotelbar wo wir den Abend in einer lustigen Runde ausklingen ließen.
Schon am nächsten Tag ging es mit dem Flugzeug wieder zurück nach Wien. Denn schon nächste Woche ist der nächste Event, die Präsentation meines neuen Buches.
