Today I am not telling you about a shooting today I tell you about a really special experience, the Golden Globe 2009. How it comes to that and what we have seen.
More often it leads us to LA, a city which has a lot of new opportunitys for me as a photographer. You can learn a lot of new things and in the same way you can be glad about the success of others.
The people here are very friendly and they gave us a warm welcome. Also they really appreciate my work. A lot of stars and their managers come to us to realize a photoshooting with me.
If you have worked with celebrities like Lionel Richie, Roger Moore, Sylvester Stallone or John Malkovic it is not so exciting to meet stars because you realize very fast that they are also just normal people. In Los Angeles there are two very important events in the year where you can find all famous celebrities, the Oscar and the Golden Globes.
In this year we had the honor to walk also over the red carpet.
A few weeks ago we met Elisabeth Sereda, which is now a very close friend to us. She is the only austrian woman in the jury for the Goden Globes.
Our visit at the Golden Globes was very spotaneous so we had not really the right things to wear. So we need to orgnaize quickly some outfits.
Then we drove, dressed up, with a limousine to the red carpet. In the past we were more than often on red carpets but nothing comparable to this experiance. Camerateams and photographers tryed to get the best picture of the celebrities. This job is very hard and as a press photographer you need first strong arms and second good nerves. A really unforgettable experiance.
Stars like Colin Farrel walked in front of us, right behind Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Handshakes with Megan Fox, Brad Pitt, Drew Barrymoore, Asthon Kutcher, Colin Farrell and a lot more. We really had the chance to meet some interesting people.
Although the evening last about three hours and our feet hurt so much, the end of the event came much to fast.
Also Tom cruise and Johnny Depp walked across. I show you some pictures which dont need any word. Have fun while looking at it. I get right back to you soon with new photoshootings and locations. Nice greetings from Hollywood!!!!

Heute berichte ich mal nicht von einem Fotoshooting, sondern von einem ganz besonderem Erlebnis dem Golden Globe 2009.
Wie es dazu kam und was wir erlebt haben.
Immer öfter zieht es uns nach L.A. eine Stadt, die für einen Fotografen wie mich viele neue Möglichkeiten bietet.
Man lernt viel Neues und freut sich hier auch über die Erfolge der Anderen.
Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich. Wir werden hier mit offen Armen aufgenommen und auch fotografisch schätzt man meine Arbeit sehr. Stars und ihre Agenten kommen bereits auf uns zu, um sich von mir fotografieren zu lassen.
Wenn man bereits Stars wie Lionel Richie, Sylvester Stallone, Roger Moore oder John Malkovic vor der Linse hatte, ist es natürlich nicht mehr ganz so aufregend weitere Stars zu treffen. Man merkt sehr rasch, dass auch sie nur Menschen sind. In Los Angeles gibt es im Jahr zwei Veranstaltungen, zu welcher alle Stars kommen, die zur Zeit weltweit bekannt sind. Das ist der Oscar und der Golden Globe.
Und wir hatten die Ehre und Freude beim diesjährigen Golden Globe über den roten Teppich zu laufen.
Vor einiger Zeit haben wir, die uns sehr lieb gewordene Freundin, Elisabeth Sereda kennengelernt.
Sie ist die einzige österreichische Jurorin bei der Golden Globe Wahl und auch fleißige Mitveranstalterin.
Unser Golden Globe Besuch war sehr spontan und wir waren kleidungstechnisch nicht wirklich für eine solch großes Event gerüstet.
Deshalb mussten wir noch rasch entsprechende Outfits organisieren.
Eingekleidet gings dann mit der Limousine auf den roten Teppich. Wir haben bisher schon einige Besuche auf dem rote Teppiche absolviert, aber was uns da erwartete ist mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Kamera-Teams & Fotografen aus der ganzen Welt versuchen die besten Fotos von den Stars zu bekommen. Dabei kann es schon sehr wild zugehen und als Presse-Fotograf braucht man da schon kräftige Arme und gute Nerven. Ein wirklich unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Wir durften an diesem Abend wirklich interessante Persönlichkeiten kennenlernen.
Obwohl der Abend über 3 Stunden gedauert hat, und uns die Füße schon ziemlich weh taten, kam das Ende viel zu rasch.
Schnell liefen noch Tom Cruise oder Jonny Depp an uns vorbei. Ich zeige Euch hier unten noch einige Fotos, wo es einfach keiner Worte bedarf. Viel Freude beim angucken. Ich melde mich bald wieder mit interessanten Fotoshootings und Locations. Liebe Grüsse aus Hollywood!!!
