For four days in a year you can have the possiblility to work with Manfred Baumann - the international star photographer. You can learn tips and new tricks and also having a look over a professionists shoulder is a great opportunity. Professionals and hobby photographers joined the course this year. every year I tray to have something special. Once we had the course in a spanish finca on the island of Majorca, then on a yacht at Croatia and this year we had the course in the Viennese Eventpyramide and in its spa-area. I really like to work with light settings of american movie productions and this I like to show during my courses. 22 photographers from Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Netherlands and Austria whom I gave tips and showed tricks for the perfect picture. It was a nice group and an english journalist accompanied one of the course members and she will write a feature in one of the next issues of the Digital Photographers Magazine. Also a german channel was with us and at the end of this week they will show a feature at the boulevard magazine taff. Such a big course surely can only work when the crew is reliably and capable. Our models jane, Denisa and Lucia are topmodels, who did a very great job with their posings and professional work. My assistants, Lisa, Harry and Michael were also awesome, they are punctual and also very professional. Sonja, my manager, she also did a good job, she was looking after all and that everything worked. My wife Nelly was busy with the models perfect make-up and she also took pictures. I always be happy when the course members are lucky - not only they took over 3000 pictures they also learned new and useful things. It´s a big compliment for me, when some of the course members join my course more than just once. Already in march the next course is fixed, it will be a studio course and the next summer course will be perhaps at the island of Majorca again or in Thailand - we´ll see ....

4 Tage im Jahr habt ihr die Möglichkeit, mir über die Schulter zu schauen und selbst mit meinen Playmates zu fotografieren.
Heuer habe ich Profimodels, Amateur-,Hobby- und Profifotografen zum Aktworkshop nach Wien eingeladen.
Jedesmal versuche ich mir etwas Besonders einfallen zu lassen - eine Finca auf Mallorca, eine Yacht in Kroatien, ...
heuer habe ich mir die Wiener Eventpyramide und deren Wellnessbereich für den Workshop ausgesucht.
Gerne zeige ich den Teilnehmern, welches Equipment und Licht bei amerikanischen Filmproduktionen und bei meinen Fotoshootings eingesetzt wird.
22 Fotografen aus Deutschland, der Schweiz, England,Holland und Österreich sind angereist, und ich gab ihnen Tipps und Tricks für´s perfekte Foto. Es war diesmal eine sehr angenehme Gruppe.
Eine Journalistin aus England hat einen der Teilnehmer begleitet und wird dessen Erfahrungen und Eindrücke zu diesem Workshop in der nächsten Ausgabe des Digital Photographer Magazine präsentieren.
Auch der deutsche TV Sender PRO7 war mit dabei, der einen Beitrag über diesen Workshop in TAFF zeigen wird.
Ein so großer Workshop kann nur funktionieren, wenn das gesamte Team verlässlich und tüchtig mitarbeitet.
Unsere Models Jane, Denisa und Lucia sind Topmodels, die beste Leistungen in ihren Posings gezeigt haben.
Pünktlich am Set erschienen sind jeden Tag auch meine Assistenten Lisa Resatz, Harald Klemm und Michael Gizicki. Sie haben Topleistungen gebracht und Wesentliches zum Gelingen dieses Workshops beigetragen. Sonja, meine Agentin, hat dafür gesorgt, dass alles rundherum klappte. Meine Frau Nelly hat teilweise mitfotografiert und wie immer darauf geachtet, dass die Models ein perfektes Make Up hatten.
Am meisten freut mich nach einen Workshop aber, dass die Teilnehmer alle glücklich sind.
Manche nicht nur darüber, über 3000 Fotos geknipst zu haben, sondern und vor allem auch viel Neues mitgenommen zu haben.
Ein großes Kompliment an meine Arbeit ist, dass ich einige der diesjährigen Workshop Teilnehmer bei einem der nächsten Workshops wiedersehen werde, ebenso wie heuer sechs treue Fotofans, die schon zum zweiten Mal und öfter dabei waren.
Bereits im März werde ich einen reinen Studioworkshop anbieten und für den kommenden Sommer planen wir zur Zeit wieder einen auf Mallorca oder sogar Thailand zu machen.
